Whether you're rolling initiative, exploring the exhibit hall or taking a well-earned break between adventures, Sun King is your home base during Gen Con.

As the Official Beer Sponsor of Gen Con, we're bringing back everything fans love, including this year's official beer, exclusive merchandise, and plenty of opportunities to raise a pint with fellow gamers.

From the Wednesday Block Party Kickoff through the weekend, you'll find us pouring beer, celebrating great games and helping fuel one of the best weekends of the year.

GEN CON BLOCK PARTY

The annual Gen Con Block Party takes place on South Street and offers a celebration for Gen Con attendees and the local Indy community. Featuring delicious eats, refreshing drinks, and conversation. Block Party is where gamers gather for a good time. With activities running from Wednesday through Sunday, there's ample time to enjoy every bite, sip and roll.

Gen Con Cocktails at the Downtown Taproom

Taking a break from the convention? Stop by the Sun King Downtown Taproom and try one of our limited-time Gen Con cocktails.

Dice and Spice — $9
A refreshing White Whiskey cocktail made with Bloody Mary mix, pickle juice, lemon, and a hint of spice. Garnished with a pickle spear, dice pick, and miniature White Whiskey bottle.

Ship of Fools — $9
A sweet vodka cocktail with blue raspberry and lemon-lime soda, topped with a cherry on a dice pick and a glowing “ice” cube to light your way across the high seas.

Rage Quit T-Shirts

Our limited-edition Rage Quit ringer tee is this year's must-have collectible. Very limited quantities have been produced. The exclusive cream ringer tee will only be available at the Sun King Downtown Taproom.

Our black Rage Quit shirt will be available exclusively at the Gen Con Block Party.

Available in both red and black so your official beer stays cold while you game.

Rage Quit To-Go 4-Pack

Take the official beer home in a four-pack of 16 oz cans. Four-packs purchased at the Gen Con Block Party will be packaged in an insulated drawstring bag.

Please note that Block Party four-packs are sold at ambient temperature and are intended for off-site enjoyment. They may not be opened or consumed outside the designated beer garden. Please follow all Gen Con and convention center outside beverage policies.

If you're visiting our Downtown Taproom, four-packs will also be available there without the drawstring bag.

Complimentary Exploding Kittens Game with Purchase

Available exclusively at the Sun King booth during the Gen Con Block Party, this limited-time promotion is one more reason to stop by and grab Rage Quit to take home.

From Thursday through Sunday, guests who purchase a Rage Quit Carryout 4-Pack at the Sun King Block Party booth may receive one complimentary Exploding Kittens game while supplies last.

Promotion Details

Available Thursday–Sunday during the Gen Con Block Party.
Exclusively at the Sun King Block Party booth.
Not available at Sun King Taprooms.
Valid with the purchase of one Rage Quit Carryout 4-Pack.
To give as many attendees as possible an opportunity to participate, the promotion is limited to one complimentary game per person, per transaction. Guests making an additional qualifying purchase are welcome to rejoin the line for a new transaction.
Games are available while each day's supply lasts.

BLOCK PARTY BREWS

The Sun King Beer Garden will feature a wide selection of Sun King favorites, specialty releases, and this year's Official Beer of Gen Con, Rage Quit.

We're also planning a few special Wednesday-only beers for the Gen Con Block Party Kickoff, so you may want to stop by early before they're gone.
