Thursday, April 19, 2012

It’s no secret – Sun King loves Indiana. And if you love Indiana as much as we do, you want to preserve the best aspects of its past. That’s why we are teaming up Indiana Landmarks again and releasing Landmarks Wit in time for its inaugural Rescue Party.

Rescue Party will be held between 6 and 11 p.m. on Saturday, April 28 to benefit Indiana Landmarks’ Endangered Places program. The evening will feature an Iron Chef-style cocktail competition with bartenders from The Ball & Biscuit, The Libertine, and St. Elmo participating. The party also boasts music and performance art by Know No Stranger, a show of art created from rescued materials by Kipp Normand. The Impalas and dancing follow a program that includes the announcement of 2012’s “10 Most Endangered” list, awarding of the Cook Cup for Outstanding Restoration, and a live auction of fabulous dinners in private historic houses. Dress is festive casual, tickets are priced at $75 and $125 and can be purchased hereReservation deadline is April 20. See you there!
