It’s the perfect time of the year to prep your grill for a backyard BBQ or for your next tailgate party. Here’s a new take on Argentina’s “BBQ” sauce. This green Chimichurri is great as a marinade and grilling sauce.
2 Bunches Cilantro
2 Bunches Parsley
2 Jalapeños(you can take the stem and seeds out if you’d like a milder sauce)
2 Limes Juiced
1/2 tbs Honey
1/2 tbs Champagne Vinegar
1/2 tbs Ground Cumin
Place everything in your blender and take for a spin. Allow flavors to meld for at least an hour.
Once marinade is ready you can put it on grilled steak, fish, chicken, or even pasta! Don’t forget to pair it with a nice cold Osiris.
